Giving to Trinity Presbyterian Church

Giving of our financial resources to the work of God’s Kingdom is a Christian’s responsibility and privilege. For an overview of our understanding of what giving looks like under the New Covenant, please see “Giving under the New Covenant: A Summary of Principles.”

Since there is such variety in people’s finances and how they structure their lives, we think it’s important to make giving to Trinity as convenient as possible. Whether you are a member, regular attender, visitor, or simply someone who has an interest in seeing that Trinity’s financial needs are met, please note the following ways in which you may make your contributions:

Sunday Morning Collection

During the morning worship services, a collection is taken immediately following the Lord’s Supper. As an act of worship, this offering is a thankful response to the gift of God’s grace to us in Jesus Christ.

Online

If you have a credit or debit card, you may contribute to Trinity through our secure online site. Click here to make an online donation.

By Mail

Appreciated Securities and Property

Trinity welcomes gifts of stock, bonds, real estate, and other personal property. Gifts of appreciated securities and other personal property allow Trinity to benefit from the full market value of your gift while enabling you to take advantage of significant tax savings. If you are interesting in making a contribution of this kind, please contact the church office at 401.272.0766 or send an email to trininfo@trinitypresri.org.

Gifts through Estate Planning, Charitable Trusts, etc...

The PCA Foundation, an agency of the Presbyterian Church in America (of which Trinity is a member congregation), exists to help people structure their charitable giving in creative and strategic ways. For more information, contact the PCA Foundation at www.pcafoundation.com or 1.800.700.3221.
